When you find a pest indoors

Record where and when you saw it. A clear photo or specimen can be more useful than guessing its name. Avoid using multiple sprays before an inspection; tell the provider what products have already been applied.

When you notice possible termite damage

Photograph mud tubes, shed wings, or affected wood without disturbing it further. Note any moisture or soil-to-wood contact. An inspection can confirm what caused the damage before treatment is planned.

When you hear rodents at night

Look for droppings, gnaw marks, and possible access near doors and utility lines. Keep food secure and avoid dry sweeping droppings. Discuss both active control and entry points.
